The Space:
THE SKINNY: This 3 bedroom home gives vibes of a beachy wonderland, and is situated just steps from the sand, literally steps from the beach access at the end of the private road, which allows you within moments to access the sand and water! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the patios. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun! The lounge chairs are perfect for sunning, our propane BBQ is set up right off the dining room door, our garage is set up as a game room with ping pong table and TV as well as other games, and plenty of beach gear for a great beach day, including beach cart to make quick transport easy :)
THE PROXIMITY: Steps to the beach, a short drive to European Village for food and shopping in prime Palm Coast or to Flagler Beach and a 25 min drive north to St. Augustine Beach's attractions. Marineland and Matanzas Inlet are just a few miles north on A1A! A 40 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine to enjoy the town's European beauty + history. The breathtaking Washington Oaks State Park entrance is directly across the main road from the entrance to our street.
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 in 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins. We also have flex sleeping arrangements for 2 additional small children on our 2 convertible lounge chairs. The kitchen is equipped to service everyone and cook together for a great night in! The living room TV is a smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. You can access Live TV with channels via the TV main menu.
AMENITIES: Tropical paradise nature preserve across the street. Some beach gear is included, cart, chairs and umbrella. Laundry machines. Game room in garage with ping pong table. 3 bikes are provided with locks. Propane BBQ. Outdoor shower. Linens and towels included.
THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/2 layout:
2ND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM: King bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
3RD FLOOR 1ST GUEST BEDROOM: Queen bed.
2RD FLOOR 2ND GUEST BEDROOM: Two twins.
GUEST BATH: 3rd floor in hall between the bedrooms. Walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: There is lots of driveway parking. Please do not park in the garage or on the street.
LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry room with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 40 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little town. This home is situated incredibly close to the beach! We are steps away! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
NOISE LEVELS: We ask you to be considerate by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per Flagler County ordinance, no outdoor noise is allowed past 10pm.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
BEACH ACCESS: Tides do vary throughout the year, and after each storm, the erosion patterns can change significantly, impacting beach accessibility. During high tide the water could be up towards the dunes.
