Summary: Last minute plans for Labor Day, that turned out fabulous! There was great weather and this condo is wonderful with an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. Toby the owner was very responsive to all our questions. She provides a full kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking. If you love sunrises and sunsets, you can enjoy both from the 9th floor. For our next trip to OC we will try and book this condo.
