Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: 2 reserved parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite
Hot Tub: Yes onsite.
No Air Conditioning: No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans
BBQ: Community BBQ near the pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV’s located in Living Room and all bedrooms
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Access: There is no elevator. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor
Paniolo Greens K208 is on the 2nd floor of the K Building. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor (no elevator). Paniolo Greens is located in the in the foothills above the Kohala Coast in the town of Waikoloa Village in the Waikoloa Villas complex. A short 15 minute drive away, enjoy the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay which offers many water-sports from this picturesque beach along with the very popular restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club. Water sports include windsurfing, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, whale watching trips, etc. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
