Set just above the sand, our Oceanfront Cottage offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and seven miles of open shoreline. Step outside and you’re on the beach—no roads, no paths, just direct access to Manzanita Beach.
Inside, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms all face the ocean, so you’re never far from the view. Whether it’s morning coffee, watching the weather roll in, or a classic Manzanita sunset, the ocean is always part of your day here.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for up to 8 guests and designed with clean European styling, stainless steel appliances, an integrated dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, and beautiful Pratt & Larson tile. The kitchen and dining area both look straight out to the water, with a large sliding door opening to the deck and grassy yard—perfect for lawn games before heading down to the sand.
Just one step up, the living room offers a cozy, slightly tucked-away space to relax while still taking in the full oceanfront setting. Light a fire in the wood-burning fireplace, settle in with a book or movie, and watch the waves roll in. The west-facing view stretches down the coastline toward Rockaway.
The primary bedroom suite features a comfortable king bed, private deck access overlooking the beach, and an en suite bathroom with European fixtures, Pratt & Larson tile, and a Hansgrohe rain shower.
At the north end of the home, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The second king bedroom also sits right on the oceanfront with sliding door access to the deck—one of the best “wake up to the beach” spots in the house. The third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A second bathroom offers custom tile, European fixtures, and a warm, comfortable place to reset after a day on the beach.
Throughout the home, you’ll find quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and high-thread-count 100% cotton linens—simple, clean, and designed for a relaxed coastal stay.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
During booking, you’ll be shown our Rental Agreement outlining policies, house details, and expectations. Feel free to review and reach out with any questions before confirming your stay. You will be required to sign our Rental Agreement before your stay. By booking your stay, you will have agreed to the VRBO and Rental Agreement policies.
PETS
Dogs are welcome. Just include the number of pets when booking so we can get everything set up. A per-pet fee applies. If pets aren’t included at booking, we’ll follow up to add them.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
VRBO may show this property as “No Refund,” but that’s a platform limitation. Most stays include a full refund up to 90 days before arrival, but it is seasonal. Our busy summer season has the strictest cancellation policy. These policies are noted in our Rental Agreement, which you will be shown before booking. Please reach out anytime if you’d like details before booking.
OCCUPANCY
The Oceanfront Cottage sleeps 8. Three pets maximum. Three cars maximum. No RVs, Campers, Trailers, etc. allowed. This is mandated by the County. Contact us with questions or exception requests.
SCHEDULING
Fridays and Saturdays are typically booked together unless arranged ahead of time.
