Gorgeous private, single-family home located directly on Salisbury Beach with spectacular finishes! It is one of the few single family homes available for rent on the beach. Located in a quiet part of the beach, it is perfect for families! We have privacy fencing located around the property.
The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with air conditioning. The updated kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would need for the perfect relaxing vacation! It has full size stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and a Keurig to brew your morning coffee. The home also has a washer/dryer, an outdoor shower to rinse off all of the sand, parking for one car (a second spot is street parking or paid nearby), wifi, and cable TV. The back deck of the house also has a grill (perfect for those summertime barbecues!) and the ocean-front side has a lower-level porch and amazing 2nd story deck where you can see all the way to Cape Ann and Gloucester!
If Mother Nature has different plans for your vacation weather, worry not! Although a bad day at the beach beats a good day anywhere else, the home's heat and electric fireplace in the sunroom will ensure that you have a cozy stay nonetheless!
Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand, viewable from the beds themselves...Experience the twice weekly fireworks from the spectacular deck during the summer, where you can also see the lighthouse from the Isles of Shoals!
We are also located just minutes from Hampton Beach and close to beautiful streets of Newburyport as well.
