Wake up to the sounds of the ocean surf from this fabulous oceanfront home. Located in Alii Point, a lush and tropical private community of 16 homes. Just two miles south of historic Kailua-Kona, you can walk to breakfast or ride a bike.
This beautifully decorated home has a large open floor plan with huge sliding doors opening up to ocean and coastline views. Facing south, there is large shaded lanai set up for outdoor dining with spectacular ocean views and there is a 35` private swimming pool.
The home is very private with tall lava rock walls and beautiful gardens and a grassy yard at the waters edge. The location is amazing in this lush and tropical private community of 16 homes. Located two miles south of historic Kailua-Kona, you can walk or bike ride to breakfast and enjoy Kona Town with many excellent restaurants and shops and come back to the house and enjoy swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out the back door. We are also very close to white sands beach.
The floor plan offers one bedroom and bath on each level. The top level is separated from the main house via an exterior stairway and private entrance. Upstairs is a nice ocean view bedroom, with lanai patio, queen size bed, private bathroom with large shower and two double sinks, and walk in closet. New high def TV`s are in each bedroom as well as Blue Ray DVD players and an extensive DVD library.
Main floor hosts the Great Room including kitchen with new dishwasher, dining area for 8 and lanai for outdoor dining. There is a guest bedroom on this level with two queen-sized beds, a large flat screen TV and separate guest bath. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and AC throughout the house.
Bottom floor, just off the pool is the large master bedroom with a huge, cedar walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, new flat screen TV and AC. Private bathroom has a bidet, Jacuzzi tub and large shower with private door to pool and ocean.
Separated from the main house is a 4th bedroom connected to the garage with a queen-sized bed and window unit AC to keep things cool.
In addition, this home comes with all you`ll need to stay active while you`re here. Included are surfboard, boogie boards, snorkel, fins and masks, beach pads, tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, cold drink coolers, air mattress, pack & play, and new BBQ grill.
The Alii Point community of luxury residences is a tropical paradise that includes a botanical garden with beach access and features both a community lap pool and a tennis court. A meandering path leads through the garden setting down to the water`s edge. There is also beach access for taking a swim and just a short walk down to turtle beach.
