Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR/DVD and wood burning fireplace, dining room seating 6-8, kitchen with counter seating 4, screened porch with table and chairs, and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV.
Extras: 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD, high-speed internet access, pack-n-play, porch swing, screened porch, outside shower, wood-burning fireplace, charcoal grill, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Community Pool and Tennis. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Special Events Welcome, 50 guests. Distance to beach access: 670'. House Address: 110 Trinitie Drive. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Summary: We checked in at 4:00 and the house hadn’t been cleaned. I called twice and the cleaners came at 5:00 and we couldn’t get in until 6:30. When we complained about the delay, the property manager defended themselves and offered no compensation. Other than that, we had a great time staying here. There is a screen missing on the screened in porch,
