Summary: This was our 2nd consecutive year of staying in this property (we had the back side last year, ocean-facing side this year). Lots of space makes it perfect for our coed church group while in town for a collegiate conference. Easy access to the beach. Overall very clean and move-in ready on arrival. Check-in was on time and easy. We had no need to contact the renter. Beds are extremely comfortable. Living room area is just right for group hangs... furniture is getting a little older but still comfortable and clean. The big dining table is also a plus for group meals. My only complaint is something I'm not sure the owners can change, and was a stroke of bad luck for me: the streetlight on the front of the building shone directly into the 2nd floor bedroom (I have trouble sleeping if it's not dark). A small complaint but it did not affect the quality of our stay.Overall, pleased with our stay and we will be eyeing a return next year if it's available.
