Our Studio condo is a perfect place to stay on any Chicago getaway, whether business or vacation. It is professionally designed with a full kitchen, living room, and modern decor. Located in Lakeview East, and 5-mins to Boystown and Wrigleyville, our sophisticated studio apartment is the perfect launchpad for Windy City adventures or clinching that important business deal. Whatever brings you to town, you’ll rest easy in our charming, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Red Line train to take you south to Downtown or north to Loyola and Evanston. Illuminated by sunny natural light, our studio features one Queen-size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. Enjoy the privacy of your own room, with doors that close and independently controlled air-conditioning units. The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower! There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows. Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. Appliances include a full-sized fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The only things missing are your favorite farmer’s market finds!! During your stay, the whole apartment is yours and only yours. -All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. -Avoid congregating in the public areas inside the building. When necessary, please make sure to wear a mask. -Bath towels are provided per number of guest not per number of stay. -Washcloths are not provided during your stay. You may send me a message though if you need them and I'll try my best to accommodate your request. -We have duvet covers on our bedding (no top sheets). -Government ID, Security Deposit and further screening may be required on the following bookings. 1) Last minute bookings 2) Short weekend stays 3) Large groups 4) Guests with no reviews 5) Guests with incomplete profile 6) Instant Bookings 7) Some properties may not allow locals for short term reservations. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it to us real time so we can address it right away. COVID-19 Safety Concerns As always, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We would like to make you aware of the precautions and preventative practices our team are implementing in response to the current challenges of COVID-19. To mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, we will use higher medical grade sanitizer for cleaning solutions. We’re also updating our cleaning protocols with guidance from ISSA about COVID- 19 and undertaking targeted deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation measures across our portfolio. HOUSE RULES - This property does not allow parties, events nor any kind of social function to take place inside the apartment. A violation of this or any noise complaint from neighbors may result in cancellation of booking, eviction, and penalties ($500). - No Drugs, ILLEGAL activities and/or any type of COMMOTION anywhere on the property is allowed. Police authorities will be immediately alerted for any reports and violation of this plus a penalty of $300. - ONLY guests included on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any violation will result in a fee of $50/person/night for any undeclared guest. - Arrange for replacement or repair of any items accidentally broken/damaged or permanently stained during the stay. Unsalvageable stained linens - $15/pc. Unsalvageable stained towels - $10/pc. - Do not leave the place excessively dirty. A charge of up to $100 will be collected for prolonged cleaning and extra work incurred. - Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-8am. - Please declare if you will bring a pet. Building only allows cats. Cleaning service charges the host a one-time $50 Pet Fee. This will be collected prior to arrival from guests. Unauthorized bringing of pets will incur a violation of $300. Further, if you're bringing one, please avoid leaving your pets alone in the unit. In case of any disturbance complaint, a fine of $250 will be imposed. - Do not lose the keys nor bring the keys with you when you leave. There are housekeepers scheduled to clean and guests next to you who will need to access the apartment. Any disruption, relocation of guests and severe inconvenience will result in a fine of $150. Another $150 for the replacement of the missing keys. - Respect our place and refrain from Smoking inside. Keeping the place pristine and in good shape is paramount to our business. Smoking violations will result in a fee of $300. - Security deposit may be required for last minute reservations, locals, no reviews, weekend reservations. - For stay longer than 28 days, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the Property, along with your government ID, prior to arrival.
