Summary: Kim's place was a great spot to hang during our 2 night stay. It is close to downtown and Broadway (scooter/bike/walk/uber/etc) and has some good restaurants and activities within walking distance (check out the Nashville Sounds Baseball Stadium a few blocks away). The 2 bathrooms were a must with 2 girls under 25, and they were both stocked with more hair and primping accessories then the girls have at home. The balcony was a plus and we enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee and cocktails, watching barges go down the river and naming the gophers down below in the brush. Parking was plentiful and covered. Kim was an awesome host, friendly and prompt. She contacted us before arrival about access, made sure we arrived and let us know she was available for concerns. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay with Kim again in the future.
