Positive: Excelent location, nicely decorated (not over, excelent for rentals), spatious for a couple, garden, the existence of a shared washing machine. There are mosquito nets at the ground level windows and the door. Always found a parking lot in 70m radius. Very nice town with a few tavernas on the main square, ~200m from property. Accessible beaches on all Sithonia in mostly 1h drive.
Negative: During our 14 days stay nobody shown up to clean the room, to change bedsheets and towels. It is the first accomodations where I saw it. Even on lower price properties, 60%of this one, the room was serviced on 3 days interval. It was very clean when I came, though. The internet connection is very-very poor, text exchange is ok anything else bad or a no go. Mobile data connection is also problematic because of nearby hills. The staicase is around 45 degrees steep or more, take care! The attic window on our studio was defective and has not a proper mosquito net which is not good at all because all the hot air accumulates in the attic where the double bed is, being difficult to sleep without air conditioning (which they have). Thre where only a small table and 2 chairs for a 3 persons studio so I guess the 3rd bed (at ground level) is mostly there to be used as a sofa instead. Keep in mind that the termal difference between ground level and attic is very big when using air conditioning, a 3rd person will be chilled downstairs.
