This beautiful Kailua home is minutes from Kailua town and walking distance to one of the most desirable beaches on Oahu.
The property has been recently renovated and is being offered fully furnished for short term rental periods with flexible lease terms. Tastefully decorated with an open floor plan, large windows and new luxury vinyl flooring throughout, the property is bright and spacious offering excellent entertainment possibilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for those that love to cook. Updated cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops and a fabulous farmhouse sink have been added to bring the home up to date.
The large, primary bedroom includes French doors opening to a covered lanai with seating area overlooking the private, tropically landscaped garden. The room includes a king-sized bed, two closets and ensuite renovated bathroom that features a glass enclosed, walk-in shower, and double vanity/sinks. Additional bedroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed
A second bathroom had also been updated with double vanity and tub/shower combo.
Split a/c in the main living space along with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms keep the house cool and comfortable throughout the year. A large, covered lanai provides additional space to enjoy barbecue and outdoor activities.
A separate laundry room with stackable, full-size washer & dryer is provided off the main living area and includes additional storage space.
Additional activities in the area include, hiking, jogging, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating and golfing.
