Summary: At the price this place is a bargain. Stellios (the landlord) is friendly and helpful. Replacing the dining table with a smaller one placed under the window and an additional easy chair would improve the usability but it is an ideal pied a terre for exploring the area. A car is advisable and you really need to like cats, one of Stellios' made a determined effort to move in with us.
