Summary: A group of seven college friends stayed in this fun bungalow this week. We couldn't have asked for a better location for accessing Dunedin. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The house is very cute and extremely well-equipped down to plenty of coffee varieties and machines, all the several washers and dryers (which we didn't need to use but appreciated that they were there) and many TV's (that we didn't even turn on because Dunedin was too fun). We enjoyed the charming front porch and enclosed patio at the back of the house. John, the property manager, was super accommodating and quick to respond to our several questions. We highly recommend this cozy spot!!!
