Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. Summary: The location was perfect. Walkability was great! Right on the beach. Reserved parking. The only problem was that the air conditioning had been preprogrammed to return to 74 degrees at night. We were not able to change that, and it was much too warm for sleeping! Since it did not face the ocean, there was no breeze, so opening windows would not have helped. I strongly feel that when someone rents a home, they should be able to set the temperature where it is comfortable for them. The bed in the smaller bedroom was entirely too hard. Everything else about the condo was fine.
