Positive: View was excellent, as expected from the photos. The location was very convenient to the beach, the oasis shopping centre and other restaurants
Negative: The customer service at Q stays wasn’t the best. I had to ring heaps of times before I was able to talk to someone, even though I had left a message asking for a call back. We had requested an early check in but on the day on arrival, the person I talked to wasn’t very helpful, wouldn’t give me a status on the apartment, or even an indication if an early check in was possible or likely. Also, the directions to find the car parking spots were not very good.
Summary: Great location and views, lovely stay experience.
