The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Orza is a spacious modern property situated in a central location, only 600 meters to the famous beach El Advocat by Benissa coast, it is just 15 minutes' drive to the center of Moraira and its beaches or to the large holiday and popular city of Calpe. Outside, the enclosed sun terraces with a nice chill-out, surrounding the private pool are completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges and a built barbecue with an American bar, perfect for a fresco meal. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden that provides a lot of privacy by the pool area.
This villa is on two levels, connected with internal and external stairs. Entrance to the villa into a large and modern living area with TV-SAT-DVD-A/C and dining area, the modern kitchen fully equipped. On the same level, we find a double bedroom and a guest WC. Internal steps lead us down to the other 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a modern shower room, one bedroom with 2 twin beds with a small shower room, and a double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite.
All main rooms are provided with A/C units. From one of the double bedrooms, we access to the garage and laundry area. On the side of the villa is a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy Spanish food.
