4 Bedroom House in Sunrise Manor, Las Vegas

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Only 25 min away from The strip and downtown! You’ll have the majority of the home all to yourself! Large pool as well as a mini pool for the kiddos! A pool table for you to have some fun indoors! Quiet and safe neighborhood and lots of parking on property! Enjoy a cup of coffee out in the front yard with the chirping birds and mountain views of sunrise mountain!
The home is occupied by me and my family. Meaning there will be owner belongings on property. Closets with owners belonging will be locked but there will be empty closets for guest to use. We will be out of town every time there is a booking and r staying elsewhere. So if any problem arise we are available!
The space that is all for you is constructed of 4 bedrooms and an office that you can work in! There is some rooms aside from those 4, downstairs that will be locked and off limits as well as part of the back yard due to construction still being needed and is where we will be. Upstairs you have your beautiful large master bedroom with a tub and shower to sit back and relax as well as a sliding door do go out into the balcony. Then you have your other 3 bedrooms and a beautiful remodeled bathroom! Downstairs you have a large kitchen to do your cooking and a nice area with a pool table to enjoy a game of pool with your friends and family! You also have the family room which consists of an 80” tv and a large couch to hang out and watch movies with your group! Just outside the family room we have a little gym area so you don’t have to miss your workout while you’re away! And just outside the gym we have our beautiful pool and some outdoor dining tables for you to hang out in the pool!
