This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has SONOS speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. There is a third bedroom that has a TV too that is netflix/inet only. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while watching the outdoor TV or listen to your favorite music using the SONOS speakers. The Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have $4,000 king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping.
Guests have access to the whole house except the office and master bedroom closet. A new HEB was just built a block away for your convenience.
The hot tub is still free with the house's normal rate.

For an additional $200 for the first night and $100 additional night you will be given the code to the water supply valve and electrical supply box that feeds an extremely unique spa/water feature and an additional outdoor shower located in the secluded and private back yard.
The Pleasure Pit which functions as a cold plunge pool in the summer and a optimally heated deluge water massage year around. The deluge is inspired by the deluge shower found at the luxurious Wynn and Encore hotel in Las Vegas. It's a column of water that shoots out water from above and hits you with such pressure and veracity that it creates a water massage experience like no other.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts at all on our rental rates other than 20% off monthly rentals. The garage is not included with the rental.
Late check out
There will be an additional fee of $50 per hour (not prorated) after the check out time of 11:00am if the guest stays in the house after 11:00am. We usually have guests booked back to back and when someone checks out late it cause an inconvenience for the maid and for the next guest.
