Positive: Location was perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. The staff went above and beyond. I broke a bottle of red wine which splattered onto the curtain. They spent a good bit of time and effort to get the wine out, all while being super helpful to me and always communicating well. Plus, they didn't charge me for the extra time they would have paid their cleaning person, even though I tried to.

Summary: Great room, super clean, quiet, and comfortable.
