Positive: GREAT VIEW! Location was great for a surf weekend with a big group of friends. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and eveything way clean and comfy. Easy parking.
Negative: NOT a deal breaker but, the only thing we could think to improve was the deck. The deck has an incredible view but could use some furniture to sit out there and enjoy it. The wood deck is rough and the stairway handrail was broken - we reported that so I assume they will fix it.
