Summary: Trip was amazing. 97% of the service was great! The staff (until just now) have been very friendly. However, the Rooms were very outdated, and didnt have a fridge or coffee pot. When we checked in we asked for a cot, 4 hours later i had to go ask for that cot again, we asked for extra pillows never got them. The toliet didn't flush correctly. The sink didn't drain. Then, the room next to us was screaming as loud as he could and slamming stuff around. We went to security and they gave us another room change. Almost all of the ice machines were broken, and the soda machines didn't accept cards when they have a card reader. At checkout today, my daughter forgot her phone at the hotel. I called multiple times to ask if they had her phone. They didnt answer. I ran into the hotel and asked if they had it. They said they gave the phone to security, I then said, also, i called multiple times and nobody answered the phone. The front desk got very rude with me and said the phone was with security.
