Positive: The apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms (one with a nice work desk), and a big bathroom. The inclusion of a laundry machine was also a great perk. In terms of the amenities and layout, this rental had everything one could want for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The major issue was the apartment's location in the basement of the building, situated on a corner where many people were constantly walking by. This basement setting detracted greatly from the overall experience, making the space feel dark, closed-off, and lacking in natural light and airiness. Additionally, there was some miscommunication with the host regarding the check-in process, though they were still ready to welcome us despite our later-than-planned arrival. Finally, the basement smell was quite unpleasant and would likely make this rental unsuitable for longer stays.
Summary: Ideal for a short getaway, providing plenty of space and comfort.
