Positive: If you are looking for an authentic house that feels like a home in complete tranquility, then this is the place for you. Superb walking starts at your front door, the setting is in beautiful woodland there is the fabulous swimming pool for your sole use and yet you are only fifteen minutes drive from the centre of the medieval city of Sarlat. Danielle is a delight! Welcoming, helpful and if you are lucky you might get to sample her grapefruit or orange wine or the 'cepes' she picked that morning in the fields . Formidable!!
Negative: Nothing however my young grandson found some of the African masks a bit scary.
Summary: I spent time alone with my dog, with a friend and with family at Le Clos d'Allas. All was wonderful.
