This is a great property for your family and friends this summer! Located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas, this lakefront home has it all, room to play, incredible views, great decks and space for everyone. Brand new pool and hot tub completed in March 2023 and is ready for use!!
A tranquil walkway leads you through the garden area to the front door. As you walk inside, you are treated to a well appointed living area with glowing natural light and views of the lake. An open living/dining features a large dining table with seating for ten and a comfortable living room all overlooking the lake. The kitchen sits adjacent to the living room and is well appointed for all of your cooking needs. Stainless steel appliances and a great bar with seating for four makes this the perfect area for hanging out during your stay. This house has ramps into the house and out of the house off the back porch making navigation much easier for guests with mobility issues.
The primary bedroom is privately located off the living room and features a king size bed, tv and lovely views of the lake. The primary bathroom is connected to the bedroom and connects to a combined closet and laundry room. A second bedroom with twin beds is located on this side of the home.
Across the living room, the third bedroom is outfitted with a king bed. Another bathroom services this bedroom as well as the Cloud Room Den, which features a tv, sectional sofa and more amazing views of the lake. A perfect place for reading, watching football or to just enjoy the views while relaxing after a day on the lake.
The oversized covered back porch features a tv and plenty of seating for relaxing, decompressing and enjoying the views that this great property has to offer.
A stone path that leads around to the bunkhouse! Yes, there is a second home on this property! It is a great spot to hangout. The bunkhouse features three sets of bunk beds, two twin size bunks, one full size bunk (sleeping up to eight), a large sectional sofa, tv, table, and wet bar with a refrigerator making this the perfect spot for the kids or a second family to hangout!
The back yard is exquisitely manicured and is a beautiful place to enjoy and relax. It is fully fenced and gated with amazing landscape and tree lighting. There is a large patio under the Oak canopy with a propane grill and outdoor dining for eight.
Continue your stroll down the rock pathway along the peninsula of this property past a swing and hammock to make your way to a large dock with several lounge chairs for you to enjoy. There is a nice shallow area between the dock and the shore that is great for swimming. This property does offer an extra boat lift for a V-hull boat up to 24' long, 104" beam and 5,500 lbs. We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am.

Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
