Located mere miles from the Gulf Beaches, this well maintained 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath condo is ideal for those who seek an active lifestyle. Anna Maria Island is only 4 miles away and is a great place to spend the day on the beach or just enjoy a day at the beautiful resort style heated community pool and clubhouse. Either way you are sure to enjoy the Florida Lifestyle here!
The community is located walking distance to Starbucks, Bonefish restaurant, grocery shopping and other shopping and restaurants. Downtown Sarasota is a 30 minute drive and is a scene of eateries, theaters, shopping boutiques and artist enclaves. Enjoy a drink at one of the rooftop bars and watch the sunset before heading out to dinner at many of the great restaurants in the area. Bradenton is centrally located and allows you to be in the Tampa area in 45 minutes or Orlando is just two hours away. Orlando, a city in central Florida, is home to more than a dozen theme parks. Chief among its claims to fame is Walt Disney World, comprised of parks like the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as well as water parks. Another major destination, Universal Orlando, offers Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter straddling both.
