Welcome to your dream vacation retreat at Panoramic View East! This stunning Oceanview Duplex offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. With panoramic seaside views and all the comforts of home, this 3-bedroom property is designed for relaxation and luxury with 3 full baths and a half bath off the main living area. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a private elevator that provides easy access to all floors!
Unwind with 4 smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an interior laundry area featuring a washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, with all the essentials including a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Hair dryers are available in every bathroom for added convenience.
Step out onto one of the four covered decks, each offering beautiful views of either the seaside or sound side, and furnished for your comfort. Each bedroom also features its own private balcony, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening breezes. Just a block from the beach, this property also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, as well as a foot wash for easy post-beach cleanup.
Head to the beach with ease using the provided beach buggy and beach access right across the street. For water sports enthusiasts, enjoy access to a nearby public soundfront pier with a large deck, boat slip, and seating. Bring your surfboard, windsurfer, jet ski, or shallow-draft boat to explore the beachside surf or serene waters of the Sound.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
