Outside, you can enjoy a large private chlorine pool 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum of 1.5 meters. In addition, it has an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. The private garden is perfect to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. There are two porches, one at the main entrance and the other by the pool, two terraces and a balcony with views of the town and the forest. There is also a mobile barbecue, a parasol and 8 sun loungers to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax by the pool. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.
Inside, the house has a spacious living room with Smart TV and satellite channels, connected to an open-plan dining room and a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The 5 bedrooms are distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, also with two single beds.
