Welcome to our fabulous 3-bedroom, 2-bath short-term rental property in the sunny and exciting city of Sarasota, Florida! Get ready for a vacation filled with fun, relaxation, and endless adventures, complete with a private pool and a sizzling fire pit to take your experience to the next level!
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The living room provides ample seating, allowing you to unwind and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. A roku stick is provided. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The dining room next to the kitchen has its own Smart TV as well!
The three bedrooms all have different bed sizes for everyone to choose from. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor patio area. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Both share a well-appointed bathroom in the hall.

Couple NOTES:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. Pool Heat: If you would like the pool heated the minimum fee is $150 per stay up to a week. After that is $25 per day.
3. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. This home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home and safety of our guests.
