Positive: The house was in an excellent location in a very extremely quiet neighborhood. It was very close to food stores and restaurants.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Summary: Extremely comfortable house with numerous bedrooms for sleeping, barbecue outside for eating dinner.
