Piso muy acogedor de tres habitaciones con balcón, muy luminoso, agradable y recién renovado,con alarma y detector de humos y monóxido de carbono y puerta blindada. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y de fácil acceso. La cocina está totalmente equipada con microondas, horno, tostadora, campana extractora, vitrocerámica, frigorífico, cafetera, batidora, vajilla y todo los utensilios necesarios y especias para cocinar. También cuenta con lavadora, secadora, plancha con tabla y estufa eléctrica. EL ESPACIO Tiene 3 dormitorios, la Habitación principal cuenta con una cama de 1.50m, sofá y balcón con vistas al puerto de Almería y el mar. La segunda habitación consta de una cama de matrimonio y la tercera tiene dos camas gemelas. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas con vistas al puerto. El salón cuenta con Smart TV Samsung de 55" 4K con barra de sonido, Netflix y WIFI de 600 megas. El área del comedor con mesa y sillas para 6 comensales y una trona para niños. Amplio baño con bañera y secador de pelo. Ofrecemos parking por un pequeño costo extra para cubrir el alquiler del mismo. El precio varía según la duración de la estadía.
