Charming 130m2 house with capacity for 5 people and 3 bedrooms located on a 5000m2 plot of land a short distance from the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops and bars. Also very close is the famous Las Dalias market. Within walking distance you can enjoy the wonderful northern beaches such as Aguas Blancas.
This typical Ibizan style house has a single floor with different heights, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
The house has:
- Fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine and open to the living-dining room.
- Living-dining room with air conditioning, television and stove, direct access to the pool area.

Summary: Very nice house for four people. Location and position - excellent. Everything worked well. We loved it. Reasonably expensive for four people as the third bedroom room is only suitable for a child.
