Positive: Beautiful design, lovely and light, bedroom was fantastic (we stayed in a suite) - very spacious with two balconies and decorated well. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were generally great. Location was perfect for us with everything we wanted to see easily walkable.
Negative: We had been out and returned close to check out time (approx 15 mins prior) to pick our bags and leave but when we got to our rooms we had already been locked out. We had to go down to reception to get them reopened. This was just bit of an inconvenience though as we weren’t in a rush, nothing major. The only other issue was that the shop across the road was blasting music out really loudly for a period of time (during the daytime, not night). I’m not sure if this was a one off but we were trying to nap and couldn’t due to the noise. It also woke us up quite early. Might be worth the hotel staff having a word as it was quite annoying.
Summary: Beautiful hotel in a great location, suite is well worth the extra cost
