The best of all worlds in this ideal Punta Gorda location. 10 minute drive from PG Airport; only 15 minutes to downtown and Fisherman’s Village! Bring all of your toys as there is plenty of parking. Several boat launches are nearby. 30 minute scenic boat ride down the Peace River to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf. When you’re done having fun all day, relax in the pool and watch the boats go by while enjoying your favorite show on the Lanai.
The space
A warm and welcoming home, this is easy living with plenty of spaces to enjoy. As you walk in the door, the conversation area to your right has a comfortable leather sofa and chair to invite you in and inspire you. To the left is the Family Room with comfortable seating and a large TV. Off of the Family Room is a cozy Sunroom complete with an expandable table to pull out to enjoy board games, puzzles and cards that are located in the cabinet. The laundry room is located off of the sunroom. Heading back into the house through the large kitchen, is a cozy dining area and the beautiful Lanai and pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen, large TV, large dining table and comfortable seating. Head out of the lanai door to the right to use the yard, gas grill, gas fire pit, tiki hut and outdoor shower.

Keyless entry to the entire home for you to enjoy. Spacious yard with the adjacent side lot for you to enjoy or park your RV, boat or any other toys you want to bring along.
Other things to note
Nothing but your business and TP! We are on septic and well here. Everything is located on the main floor except for the Master Bedroom with en suite and balcony. There are two queen air mattresses, two twin bed air mattresses, and a Graco pack n’ play if needed.
