If you are looking for a cozy and quiet accommodation on Cape Cod, this cute Orleans cottage in the pines may be the answer! This charming & spacious ranch sleeps 4 comfortably, short walk to Pilgrim Lake and access to Crystal Lake. Walk into this cottage and you will find bright & airy kitchen with a dining area – living area and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Views of Kescayo Gansett Pond can be seen from the kitchen window! The Master Bedroom, on the main level, has a Queen bed, TV and plenty of space to relax. Wander down the soft pinewood stairs and you will find 2 twin beds, Flat screen TV and another full bath – with a tub/shower combination. Washer/dryer on site. You don’t want to miss out on this great rental!
Great central location – Walk to the Freshwater ponds or drive to Nauset Beach, which was voted Best Beach on the Lower Cape in Cape Cod Life magazine. Rock Harbor or Skaket Beach are great Bay side beaches, also a quick drive away. In the summer, wander over to Nauset Beach for concerts, arts & craft shows, and take in a beautiful sunset. Head to town and catch an Orleans Firebirds baseball game, then try the fabulous restaurants that Orleans has to offer. Available for 3 night minimum off season at $275/night.

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
