The house is located in the northeast side of Paros, near village Ambelas, on a small hill, enjoying bright light, the peacefulness of the countryside and a pleasant sea breeze mixed with the smells of levanter, thyme and oregano which derive from the fields that surround the house.
From the large verandas and the garden of the house you can enjoy an extensive view over the Aegean Sea, the island of Naxos and the idyllic Ysterni bay.
The property’s position allows reaching both the small secluded beach of Damouli and the small cove of Ysterni within a brief walk (500 meters).
The little village of Ambelas, with its traditional taverns and a quite famous beach bar restaurant is in a distance of 1km. The beach there is always peaceful, even if there is windy.
If you enjoy the wind and any kind of surf (wind, kite etc) you will love the beach of Tsoukalia which is only 3.5km. away. The beaches of Kalogeros and Santa Maria are also nearby.
The famous and unique village of Naoussa is within easy reach, only 5 km away. In Naoussa you can enjoy beautiful walks in the picturesque little streets, you can experience the famous greek cuisine and the local fish and other dishes and delicacies in traditional tavernas and restaurants and of course you can enjoy the nightlife of Paros.
The distance from the port of Paros (Paroikia) is 12 km and from the airport is 25km.
The outdoor spaces of the house can be enjoyed at any time of the day, as they are protected from the sun and the wind.
In the large main veranda, with extensive view over the Aegean Sea, the island of Naxos and the idyllic Ysterni bay, is the outdoor dining table and the comfortable deck-chairs where you can enjoy every moment of the day and of course the stars that fill the sky in the night.
Portable barbecue is also available upon request.
In the small veranda, which is protected from the sun during all day, you can enjoy your morning coffee and your meals.
The house also shares a common garden of more than 400 sqmt surface with other 3 houses, to which it is detached.
Two of the other detached houses - that can host up to four (4) persons each - are also available, in case more than one family wants to spend their holidays together.
Parking space is also available in the area of the property.

The houses’ interiors boast a fresh and contemporary feeling. The upper level features the cozy living room with bright white and color contrasts and the open-plan kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, in order to prepare anything you wish.
In the living room there is the T.V. unit along with dvd-cd player with surround speakers. Movies, cds, books and magazines and table-games are also available for you to spend your time pleasantly. WiFi is also available.
Downstairs are the three bedrooms, each of them with their own decorative touch. The bedrooms are very bright, as their windows allows the sun to enter and fill the space, they have ceiling fans and closets.
The two bathrooms are also downstairs, along with the washing machine area and the cleaning utensils.
Sheets and towels are provided and change on a weekly basis.
If you need cleaning services, it can be provided upon prior agreement and extra charge.
Pets are welcome but at your own risk, as the property is open and has no fence but the plants that surround it.
Car or other vehicle is necessary, as there in no public transportation near the house. If you need any help with renting of a car or a scooter we can provide you with any necessary information and contact info.
Upon prior arrangement, we will meet you at the port or the airport and escort you to the house, providing you with all the necessary info about the nearest super markets, taverns, beaches etc.
Preferable days of arrival is Saturday and Sunday.
