Summary: we enjoyed the beautiful garden and pool area, but inside there were more items that didn't work, exampel the stove only worked at 2 of the 4 cooking zones and we were 8 adults. And there were only 6 chairs at the diningtable !The drying maschine was out of order, many toilet paper holders were fallen off the wall and the temperature in some of the bedrooms could not be heated up - we froze a lot. Also one of the towel dryers did not work. We told the manager (Nerea) about it, but no reaction. And more other things ..... We have send a letter to Nerea/manager and she has told us, that the letter is forwarded to the owner. We asked for a deduction - but we have still not heard anything.
