Positive: Our receptionist Aras was incredibly helpful and patient, making us feel warmly welcome from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and a polite attitude, which truly enhanced our stay. Upon check out we missed flight and when we came back for another night, he helped us to the room and was very empathetic about missed flight, he was truly supportive like a friend would. We really appreciate such heartwarming words. We plan to visit this hotel again to see him again. The building is easy to locate, and convenience is unbeatable: groceries and a tekel shop are just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with soft, puffy beds and pillows that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary water provided in the room. Swimming pool is big. Breakfast options are plenty. Overall, a wonderful experience!
