Built in 2021, this brand-new smart home is situated on a large lot with expansive views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The home is only 5 minutes from downtown where you will find all the shopping, entertainment, bars and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer.
Walk through the front door into the ultimate paradise perfect for relaxing and entertaining. You’ll find an open floor plan containing a massive living room, dining area and kitchen with sliding glass doors on either side allowing for indoor/outdoor living. Gather on the sofas in front of the fireplace or cook up something tasty in the full kitchen equipped with brand new appliances, kitchen supplies and a Keurig coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious laundry room for all your cleaning needs. When you're ready to head outside, the pool, the jacuzzi and the spacious front and back yard and patios will provide an abundance of sun.
Master Suite reveals stellar mountain views and is equipped with a massive walk-in closet and bathroom with a modern soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms offer plenty of guest accommodation and have their own shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a glass slider for private yard access.
