Stroll along Lake Sumter on the boardwalk or visit the Town Square where free nightly live concerts are presented and you may dance til 9, or until your feet hurt! Disney World approx. 1 hr. drive and beaches are approximately 1.5 - 2 hrs. drive. There is so much to do and see in and around the Villages!
Our home is walking distance to Mallory Square Country Club and pool. In addition, there is a large Family Pool at Coconut Cove Center within 3 minutes by golf cart. With a golf cart, you will reach over 12 golf courses within 2 to 15 minutes. Not a golfer?..... visit Recreation Centers nearby including LAKE MIONA or Coconut Cove Village which features Swimming Pools, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Billiards and other fun activities. Enjoy professional entertainment at The Sharon Center, located in Spanish Springs!
Inside our home is a comfortable Master Bedroom with King size bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; hair dryer is provided. The private courtyard has lush, mature landscaping, a new large patio with northern exposure, and a Zen seating area for 2 with fountain and table. Enjoy your morning coffee and your newspaper in the nicely furnished Lanai. The home has custom window treatments & ceiling fans and there is no carpet! The kitchen, bathrooms, living, and dining areas all have porcelain tile floors, with laminate in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, Crock Pots, stemware, dishes; the works! Also included is the BBQ Gill on the rear patio, with table and chairs located in the Lanai. Work from home? We have a small office set up including printer, desk with drawers containing stapler, paperclips, everything one needs to work from home. Nice library of books!
The second bedroom is private, with a pocket door separating the rest of the home. **perfect for a guest, or if 2 singles are traveling together. It contains a Queen size bed and large closet. Ironing board and iron are located in the bedroom closet.
