This vacation spot has it all!! This condo has a super location! Relax in this ground level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo within the quiet community of Cedar Glen Condominiums at Lake of the Ozarks. This quiet cove is at mile 13 on the Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks.
Ample private parking available. Park in front and walk right in. No steps anywhere!
Condo features a large patio with comfortable seating to relax with friends and family. Lakefront access and straight walk out to a heated pool. You can't get any closer with this condo! Second heated pool is close by as well.
Swim dock very close and a great area to fish, kayak or simply float in the lake. Firepit also available nearby! Boat ramp on property. Please see details below.
Inside is an updated kitchen with everything you need! Dining table seats 6 and bar area seats 4. Wi-Fi available for your Roku stick and other streaming devices.
This condo features three bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8.
Master bedroom has king size bed with master bath, double sink and tub/shower combo. This bedroom also features a walk-in closet, large dresser and tv. Sliding glass door with direct access to the patio.
Second bedroom has queen size bed, 6-cube clothes organizer, closet and tv.
Third bedroom has a full-size bunkbed that will sleep 4. This room also features a 6-cube clothes organizer, closet and tv.
Main hallway bath with tub/shower combo.
Washer and dryer are also available within the unit.
Playground on site with picnic table, along with sand volleyball and horseshoes. Great walking area and lots of public space! For golfers, you will enjoy Valley Golf Club which is just across the street and Old Kinderhook which is only a 5-minute drive. Many other golf courses are also in the area. Located across the cove is Ha Ha Tonka State Park with great trails and views. Many wineries and family friendly activities to enjoy. Shopping very close with grocery store within 5 minutes.
We provide everything you need to get started, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and hand soap. We also provide towels, linens and beach towels.
*Please note that this rental does not include a boat slip for docking. Boat ramp on property. Trailer parking is available for $5 per day. Arrangements will be made with property manager.
