About this space
Our home is perfectly situated in a highly desired area near Sea World and right across the street from an amazing amenity center which includes an Olympic size pool, playgrounds, basketball court, and a picnic area with a grill. We are not only just an 8 min drive from Sea World but also within proximity of Six Flags (20 min), Lackland AFB (13 min), and downtown San Antonio (23 min) where you can visit The Alamo, Tower of Americas, The Riverwalk, The Pearl, SA Zoo and much more!
The space
Our two story, 2685 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms offers 7 beds plus a sleeper sofa with a queen bed in the gameroom upstairs. 3 of the bedrooms include a king size bed while the 4th bedroom offers 2 twin size bunk beds. Each king size bed offers a nightstand with dimmable, USB charging ports bedside lamps. Each master bedroom comes with an ironing board and iron as well as a steamer for clothes. Hangers and a laundry basket are also available.
Every bathroom offers a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. There's also a kids 3-1 shampoo for the babies and toddlers in the jack-n-jill bathroom. The two masters have Q-tips if needed.
In the gameroom you will have the (sleeper) couch and table with 2 round poufs to sit and play cards, board games, or build a puzzle. There is also a mini multi game table set that has pool, foosball, and hockey for the kids to enjoy! Both smart TV's (in the living room and gameroom) provide Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Discovery and Prime Video and don't worry about the buffering because we have the fastest internet available with 1000mbps!
For anyone that needs to get work done, there is a designated work station tucked in the corner of the gameroom.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook a full course meal or bake some delicious sweet treats. The basic kitchen appliances are available such as a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as a blender, bakeware, cookware, dinnerware and other kitchen gadgets we use daily. For our coffee lovers, we do provide a coffee maker with individual sugar packets, sweeteners and powder creamer. There is also complimentary herbal tea, green tea, and black tea, if you prefer.
The washer and dryer are available for use. We do provide the laundry detergent and fabric softer pods. Also, there's a lint brush and Shout Stain Remover Gel Brush for your convenience.
Downstairs has an open concept area where you can see the front to back of the house. There are two dining tables that sit 4 people per table and 3 extra chairs for extra seating.
How about some Texas BBQ! We got you! Come hang out on the covered back patio. There is seating available while you wait for your sweet smokey ribs to finish cooking on the grill. The grilling utensils are located in the kitchen island cabinets.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except the living room closet and the upstairs HVAC system. Both will be locked. Guests will have access to the neighborhood amenities to include the playgrounds, basketball court and swimming pools. Pool towels and balls will be available. Feel free to park in the 2-car garage and/ or driveway.
*Community Pool will be closing for the season on September 26 and reopened during Spring Break in March 2023.*
Other things to note
Check-in instruction will be sent via the booking platform to the booking party a day before your arrival. To ensure the safety of the previous guests, access codes to the property will be provided 1 hour before your check-in time of 4 pm.
* Pool is CLOSED MONDAYS for cleaning. Pool will open Spring Break 2023. *
Please note, there are two steps to get to the front door. Steps are 6” high and bottom step is 1 ft deep. The side step is 9” high.
