Condo comes completely outfitted and includes books, movies, Netflix, fire pit, private covered deck, hot tub and use of 2 mountain bikes to ride on our paved quiet country road that runs along the river. Comes with completely outfitted full kitchen, queen bed plus rollaway, electric fireplace, private covered deck, hot tub, washer drier and basketball court.

Summary: For starters, the rental is well stocked and Bonni is a very polite host. The downside - rental smelled of cat pee, i was told it was the air conditioner. The footsteps upstairs were CONSTANT and very annoying. During our stay the entire week was construction outside the rental. It was difficult to enjoy the view and relax when large machinery was driving by, loud construction noises. Apparently they are building a new cabin on the property. I just wish it wasn't during my stay. Bonni tried to make things right but was a day too late. She offered a partial refund but never came through. It is now 3 months later and she is not returning my texts. I was very disappointed in my stay and disappointed in my host. The rental is very overpriced for what you get in my opinion.
