Summary: All the previous reviews on the condition of this home were accurate I only want to add some details that any future renter needs to know. The back yard really needs some cleaning up. It is more dirt than grass and not a great place for kids to play. There is a charcoal grill, but no charcoal. The home is not handicap accessible. There are stairs to go up in both the front and back doors. This needs to be in the description so renters will know. Also all four bedrooms are up stairs. Only the master bedroom has a smart tv and no cable channels. The other three bedrooms don't have a tv. There is seating for about five in the living room with a small tv that does have local channels. Overall a nice place to stay with a few things that need to be taken care of.
