The first floor has three bedrooms and two baths, a HUGE living space along with the massive outdoor patio space and stairs down to the private beach out back. The second floor has been transformed to include three large bedrooms, one with a loft space and an enormous 3rd floor with tons of sleeping and hang out space and three more baths. Both units have gorgeous new kitchens and baths and views galore! We cannot wait to share this gem with you!
