Positive: The location is ideal for the centre of Le Mans and the owner was very helpful.

Negative: The property is in desperate need of renovation and a lot of items need attending to. The shower area had no curtain, so subsequently the water went all over the floor and you spent a considerable time drying it. The shutters leading on to the terrace didn’t work properly. Light fixtures not fitted properly and some not working at all (bathroom). Pillows, cushions and duvet dirty. Kitchen cupboard hanging off its hinges. Paint and decor very poor. On the whole it’s very run down and I expected better for what we paid. Very disappointing.

Summary: In desperate need of renovating and over-priced.
