Holiday House Charybdis is a very large apartment of 100 sqm with spacious balconies overlooking the sea. The view from the balconies and the brightness in the house make you forget that we are at 2. 5 floor without elevator. One of the balconies is very large and it is also acceptable for children to play. Even the afternoon hours on the balcony are pleasant in every season for a good book or a chat with friends or simply relax with a good tea and maybe a good book. Comfortable for 6/8 guests divided into two rooms with double beds, in the living room we find a further double bed and a double sofa bed. A large part divides the environment, making everything more private. The house is suitable for 6 people but paying a supplement you can get to 8 people via the sofa bed in the living room. We are in Via Valle n. 122. It 'just a few steps from the sea and in the center. The location of the house is fantastic and just a few meters away are the beach club La Lanterna included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as a playground for children, bars on the sea, restaurants and pizzerias.
Entering the house we find a hallway that connects a bedroom with king size bed with adjoining room with large balconies overlooking the sea, sofa bed and TV corner. For the hottest hours you can open the curtains and get a pleasant shade. The two bedrooms are equipped both with a king-size double bed. Both have large closets and console with mirror. At home you do not miss a play area designed for children. The rooms are very large and you can easily add a cot. Besides the two bedrooms we find the bathroom equipped with shower and complete with any accessories including the washing machine. Afterwards we have a large kitchen with window and dining table. When everyone still asleep preparing breakfast does not create disturbances. The kitchen, on the left side of the hallway, large and comfortable, also includes a dining table. Around the dining table quietly there are 8 people. E 'equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, oven, fridge freezer, etc. The kitchen leads to the adjoining balcony.
The house has lots of windows and balconies and is very cool. The rooms of the house are equipped with radiators for winter periods and free air conditioning for the hottest days of the summer.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax came into force, fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
