The main floor spread over 1800 sq. feet has a separated kitchen area with cooking island, breakfast table for 4 people , living room with a 5 meters sofa, 6 meters dinning table with 8 comfortable sits and lovely decoration made by its owners. This is a family residence; this is why you will find some items that are not made to be for just a rental.
GROUND FLOOR:
• Single bed with a desk at the entrance of the house.
• Living room and dining room
• Bathroom with bathtub ( this is the main bathroom for the entire ground floor)
• Double bed ( this used to be maid-headquarters) has a (not modern) bathroom. Also the laundry room and Parrilla Area, is next to this bedroom.

FIRST FLOOR:
* Master Bedroom with a king-size bed ,private bathroom with view to the garden and pool , there is a floor on top with mirrows with light.

* bathroom with bathtub ideal to be shared with this 2 bedrooms
Large private outdoor courtyard and decked pool area.
living and kitchen area with 5 mts high ceilings, It has been renovated in a modern, Mediterranean styled wooden floorboards throughout.
THIRD FLOOR:
* Large Terrace with sittings, shower and a table made to have a dream bar area for celebrations.
The house included cleaning staff 3 times per week, available everyday upon request at extra cost. The staff can also prepare breakfast and meals by request at extra cost. Please organize it in advance with us.
