As soon as you see this property from the road, you will be amazed that you are staying in such a beauty! This vacation rental is in the highly desired gated community of Pirate's Cove in Manteo on an acre of land, right on the water! It is literally on The Point of the Pirate's Cove community. The water views alone will make you fall in love with this home.
When you walk into the entrance foyer of Point Break, you will notice the double staircases in front of you. These lead up to the third level where you will find a skybridge that overlooks the open living area and foyer you just came through. On this level, sleeping accommodations include a Two Twin Bedroom and a Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a King En Suite. Also, this level allows you to enjoy a sitting area in addition to one of the octagonal sunrooms to observe boats, jet skiers, and maybe even some fishing going on.
Should you want even better, expansive views, take the staircase up to the spectacular Widow's Watchtower. Be ready to enjoy an amazing sunrise over the ocean or a sunset over the sound. Grab your phone because you will want to take pictures!
Back down to the second level is where the fun continues. Large open space will await you to enjoy a fantastic vacation. The living room is filled with comfortable seating with vaulted ceilings and yet another sunroom and wet bar to enjoy hanging out and watching water life on the Outer Banks. The massive kitchen with its solid maple cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will be sure to please the chefs of the group. The huge pantry is a great place to store your dry foods. There is ample seating for the whole group as there is a dining room table as well as a smaller table in the breakfast nook. Take a step outside on the large deck to gaze out at your surroundings. You just will not be able to get away from awesome views! There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience.
Your group will have to flip a coin to determine who gets to stay in the King En Suite on this level. His and Her closets adorn this room along with a laundry chute to the laundry area. There is a sauna, steam shower, and sunken hot tub inside the En Suite! Check on those who stay here, as they may never want to leave the room.
As if that was enough, there is more! Head down to the first level to the recreation room (with pool table, poker table, and arcade machine), theater room, and washer/dryer. More sleeping accommodations are found on this level in the form of a Two Twin Bedroom and a bedroom with Two Twin Beds and a Full Bed overtop a bunk bed. A full bathroom is on this level for everyone to share.
Kayaks are included in the rental. You can enjoy some time on the private beach area behind the house, which includes a fire pit, and launch them into the sound!
This home also comes with a wine cellar! Along with a two-car garage. What more could you need!?!?
Pirate's Cove has a clubhouse with a pool, covered hot tub, pool table, big screen TV, arcade, music, and snack bar. Tennis, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and fitness center offer activities for all ages. Pirate's Cove also features on site dining at Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar and Mimis Tiki Bar.
Located a short distance from the beaches and not far from downtown Manteo, this stunning property is sure to allow for a fantastic Outer Banks Vacation!
**There are 6 parking spaces for guests. Note: boat trailers are not allowed on the property. **
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.
**Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
**For your safety and security, the exterior of this home is monitored by cameras and sensors. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the devices in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
