Positive: Up to date home, great location, clean compared to most rental properties, common area was very spacious and back yard nice and big.
Negative: Fourth bedroom is not connected to the house and the description does not list or state that in the add. Made sleeping arrangements much more difficult resulting in a trip to Walmart for air mattresses. Fan in master room did not work. Did not sleep 11 as described only 10, more air mattresses needed. To many house remotes with no instructions on what they operate or how to use.
